And pregnancy certainly seems to be suiting Blake Lively.
The 27-year-old actress was positively glowing as she stepped out at the L’Oreal Paris’ Ninth Annual Women Of Worth Celebration in New York City on Tuesday, proudly showing off her baby bump in a clinging black evening gown.
Blake’s gown featured straps at the neck and across the back and she wore it teamed with strappy sandals.
With her long blonde hair worn in loose waves down her back, she accessorised with chunky white and silver bangles and drop earrings.
The ex-Gossip Girl star happily posed at the at The Pierre Hotel with her hands positioned each side of her baby bump.
Blake was named as a new face of L’Oreal last October and joined the likes of Julianne Moore and Eva Longoria at the bash.
Blake and husband Ryan have not yet announced a due date for the baby, but it is expected in the next few months.
Ryan recently admitted he was ready to be a hand’s on dad during an interview with People magazine.
‘I’m good with diapers and diarrhoea and all that kind of stuff because I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I’ve done it all before,’ he said.
This will be the first baby for both Ryan and Blake, although the hunky star was previously married to actress Scarlett Johansson from 2008 to 2011.
