Eton Mess

A lovely recipe for the whole family to enjoy.

150 ml whipping cream

200g Greek yoghurt

75g meringues, broken into pieces

1 large ripe peach, diced

200g raspberries

Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the Greek yoghurt and mix until smooth. Fold in the remaining ingredients and mix together. Spoon into 4 glasses . Chill for 15 minutes.
