A recent survey of more than 1,000 mums found an overwhelming love of a good brew! The survey, which was commissioned by leading breastfeeding brand Medela, explored what mums would do if they were given 15 minutes extra each day, found that almost half would use it to enjoy a hot cup of tea!
The survey was completed by 1,066 parents and quite simply asked, if you had an additional 15 minutes in the day, how would you spend it?
The majority of parents, 49%, would enjoy a hot cuppa, whereas 26% would opt for a relaxing bath and 25% would make the most of the time to catch up on a lack of sleep and have a nap. So although sleep deprived and no doubt in need of a hot bath… a good cuppa came out on top! Others commented that they would spend quality time with their older children or partner, read, watch TV, eat a meal without being interrupted or simply sit and enjoy the peace and quiet – the list really is endless
