Taking to the picture sharing site on Friday, the 27-year-old actress revealed she had been given a large white Range Rover ahead of her impending arrival.
Posing alongside the car, the Coronation Street star couldn’t stop beaming as she rested against the bonnet.
She captioned the image: ‘Such a lovely surprise yesterday off my scott my dream car was on the drive on my due date #pushpresent #vogue love you @scotty__sinclair’.
The gift comes as Helen prepares to welcome her second child any day now, as a younger sister to her two-year-old daughter Matilda.
