Hollyoaks’ Adele Silva Showcases Post-Baby Body on Beach in Tenerife

She gave birth to a baby daughter Sienna six months ago having suffered three heart-breaking miscarriages in the past.

And Adele Silva, 34, was in her element as she showed off her post-baby figure while playing with her little girl on a recent holiday to Tenerife.

The body-confident Hollyoaks star was totally besotted with her tiny tot as they enjoyed the sunshine together in the Canary Islands.

The new mum, who is engaged to businessman Oliver Farber, flashed a huge grin as she cavorted on the beach holding on tightly to her precious bundle of joy.

The former Emmerdale star smothered her daughter with love and affection as they played together on the shore line, showing off her fabulous figure in the process.

Adele showcased her beautiful golden tan in a white and turquoise cheetah-print bikini. The striking two-piece consisted of frilly retro knickers and a matching bandeau bra which she had tied in a knot at the back.

Little Sienna was dressed in a pretty purple swimming costume and was protected from the rays in a wide-brimmed straw hat.

Prior to Sienna’s birth Adele had suffered three miscarriages since 2010, never making it past the 13 week mark.

And the soap star later revealed that she never got to enjoy her most recent pregnancy because she was plagued with worry throughout.

‘It’s not a case of being miserable, it’s about self-protection – and because of that I feel I’ve been robbed of the pregnancy experience,’ she told Closer magazine.

She made the same point on Lorraine prior to the birth, and said: ‘It’s always at the forefront of my mind, something could happen, because there’s a hell of a lot of people out there who are a lot worse off than I am.

‘You read other people’s stories and you hear different things so I think I’ve never truly allowed myself to get really excited.’

The 34-year-old actress also revealed that she only found out why she was miscarrying after going to a private clinic.

‘We tried the NHS but there was only so far they could go so we went private to a clinic in London and had all these vigorous blood tests, really thorough, both of us and it came back that I had a form of thrombophilia, so my blood wasn’t clotting properly.

‘I also had elevated killer cells, which they can’t even test for in this country – they test in America – which is where your embryo is implanted your immune system fights it because they think it’s a foreign body, and the third thing was underactive thyroid because I actually wasn’t falling pregnant that quickly.’
