In the snap, the 38-year-old lifted up her T-shirt, exposing her protruding bump.
Live was dressed comfortably in a white T-shirt, a set of leggings and Converse sneakers.
The brunette beauty was joined by model pal Frankie Rayder, 41, with the two appearing to walk past, then look back, at the other.
On January 8, Liv broke the news that she was pregnant with her third child.
‘Oh my goodness it seems the stork is visiting us again !!!! I am growing another little Tyler Gardner in my belly . our family is growing!!! So grateful. @davidgardner I love you,’ she wrote.
Liv has been dating sports agent Dave Gardner since 2014.
