Sam Faiers is three-months pregnant.
The 24-year-old reality TV star is said to be thrilled to be expecting her first child with property developer Paul Knightley, 26, who she first started dating in October.
A source told the Daily Mirror: “They are really thrilled and really looking forward to being first time parents together.
Sam fell for Paul after they met in an Essex bar – just a few weeks after she ended her turbulent on/off romance with ex-fiance Joey Essex.
The pregnancy news comes less than two weeks after Sam and Paul admitted they had been discussing having children together.
Posing in their first magazine photoshoot for OK! magazine, Sam admitted they had discussed marriage and children.
She explained: ‘We talk about kids more than we do marriage, but as a couple we want the whole package.’
Sam also admitted she was the first of the pair to say ‘I love you’, but was drunk at the time.
She said: ‘I said it first when I was drunk, but you can’t really justify it as legit.
‘When he eventually said I love you I went a bit silly. It was really nice to hear it.’
Paul, who lives in Woodford, North East London, already spends ‘a lot’ of time at the reality star’s home, and they are planning to move in together soon.
She explained: ‘I’m just about to get an extension put on my house and once that’s done he’ll move in. In the future we’ll buy a house together.’
Fortunately for Sam, her new romance is more stable than her previous one with TOWIE co-star Joey, which saw them repeatedly split up over a three year period.
Sam quit TOWIE in Spring 2014 after being one of the only original surviving castmembers.
Since she left, she’s been keeping busy by modelling, running a fitness business, publishing her memoirs and running her Minnie’s Boutique business with big sister Billie.
She is also a doting aunt to Billie’s 13-month-old daughter Nelly.
Last month, to celebrate Nelly’s first birthday, Sam shared a picture of them together and gushed: ‘Me & my little lady, my best friend, we have so much fun & we love u more than anything in the world. 1 today the time has gone so quick xx’.
