Sir Richard Branson was left in charge of his baby grandchildren on Friday, and it’s no surprise that the billionaire wanted to spend time with them and treat them.
The Virgin founder was spotted in Notting Hill pushing the stunning iCandy double pram with his daughter Holly Bransons twin babies in.
He stopped by the Petit Bateau store to buy some things for his first pair of grandchildren.
His daughter Holly gave birth to twins Etta and Artie on their third wedding anniversary on the 20th December last year.
In a statement at the time, Holly gushed: ‘Freddie and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our beautiful twins. One boy, one girl and they are absolutely perfect (but who wouldn’t say that about their kids!).
‘Despite being delivered early, all three of us are fit and well and Freddie and I are now enjoying some quality time with our newly formed family.’
Holly was 18 when she started dating shipbroker Freddie and the pair enjoyed a 11 year romance before tying the knot of their father’s Necker Island in December 2011.
The 33-year-old, who works for her dad’s Virgin charities, wed Freddie in the ruins of the Big House on Necker following the devastating fire a few months earlier, which has since been rebuilt.
Branson wrote on his website: ‘Delighted to share the happiest of news – Holly and Freddie are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy – and a beautiful baby girl! ‘Joan and I, along with Freddie’s parents William and Jill, are the proudest grandparents in the world.
Soon he’ll be expecting another grandchild has his son Sam Branson is expecting his first child with wife Isabella Calthorpe.
It was Sir Richard who announced Sam’s happy news on his Virgin blog, under a post titled ‘Becoming proud grandparents – again’.
Sam retweeted the post, before writing: ‘Couldn’t be happier about becoming a father. Going to be my biggest adventure. Can’t wait ;).’
