The ‘Patience’ singer announced on Monday evening (24 August) that his wife Katie is pregnant with their first child.
He said: “I have some amazing news to share with you all. Katie and I are having a baby! So proud of my beautiful wife and can’t wait for the newest member of our family to arrive.
“Thank you for all your wonderful messages. The baby is due early Jan. Boy or girl? Guesses on a postcard please.”
Howard married Katie – who likes to remain out of the spotlight – in January, and later said: “I’ve been with Katie for five years and I thought, ‘She’s great, she’s amazing with my children’. She’s the person I want to spend the rest of my life with.”
The 47-year-old is dad to daughters Grace and Lola from previous relationships.
