Una Foden took to Twitter on Monday evening to reveal she has given birth to her second child.
Doting over her new born, named Tadhg (pronounced Tai-g) John, the 33-year-old tweeted: ‘So so in love with our little son Tadhg. Thank you for all the lovely messages xx’.
The singer’s besotted husband rugby star Ben Foden, 29, also took to micro-blogging site to announce the joyous news.
The happy father wrote: ‘Tadhg John Foden has been born!’
Ben also made sure to give his followers on social media a description of the newborn child and Una’s current condition.
He continued: ‘Mum and baby are both amazing and healthy.
‘He has a full head of hair and his mummy’s lips! #babybenuna’.
Back in October, Una and Ben disclosed the sex of their baby and she also told how she had something of a sixth sense in regards to the child’s gender.
She told Hello! Magazine: ‘Ben was adamant from the moment we knew we’d conceived again that we were having a boy.
‘I was convinced I was carrying a girl, mainly because this pregnancy is so similar to last time.’
The Irish singer added: ‘I was actually a little bit taken aback when we found out we were going to have a son. But now I’m over the moon and can’t wait to meet our little boy.’
