Weaning Recipes


15g butter 

110g leek, chopped 

125g sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 

200mls vegetable stock 

150g cod, diced 

75g peas 

25g cheddar, grated

50mls milk 

1 teaspoon dill, chopped 

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the leek and sweet potato and fry for 5 minutes. Add the stock, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the peas, cod and milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add the cheese and dill. Puree.
