200g golden syrup
100g white chocolate
Pinch of salt
200g Rice Krispies

Measure the butter and syrup into a saucepan. Stir on a low heat until runny. Add the white chocolate and pinch of salt. Stir until melted and smooth then add the Rice Krispies.
Line a 23cm square baking tin with non stick baking paper. Spoon in the mixture and press down firmly using a potato masher. Chill for 2 hours.
Turn out and slice into bars about 7cm long and trim the edges. Insert the lolly sticks into the centre of the bars and chill again for 30 minutes.
