Makes 12 Brownies.
Ingredients
150g butter
200g plain chocolate
200g caster sugar
3 large eggs
80g plain flour
pinch of salt
To decorate:
2 Crunchie bars
4 x Curly Wurlys
20 Mini Eggs
Easter eggs, crushed
Method
1: Preheat the oven to 160°C Fan. Line a 20x20cm square tin with non-stick baking paper.
2: Measure the butter and chocolate into a bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of boiling water until melted.
3: In a bowl, mix together the eggs, caster sugar and pinch of salt.
4: Add the melted butter and chocolate and mix again. Add the plain flour and stir until smooth.
5: Spoon into the tin and level the top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
6: Break the chocolate bars and eggs into pieces. Scatter over the top and gently press down. Put back into the oven for 5 minutes to melt slightly.
7: Cool and slice into squares.
