ANNABEL KARMEL’S FRUIT SALAD LOLLIES
MAKES: 6 LOLLIES
Ingredients
150g diced mixed fruits e.g.: watermelon, mango, blueberries and strawberries
200ml apple juice
4 ice lolly moulds and 4 wooden sticks
Method
Divide the diced fruit between the lolly moulds. Pour over the apple juice. Inset the lolly sticks and place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight until frozen.
Remove from the moulds before serving.
